Statement of Faith

We believe that truth is absolute.

We believe the Holy Bible (the old and new testament) is the inspired infallible Word of God and is the authoritative truth on which we stand for doctrine, faith and practices.
All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: that the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)
We believe there is only one God.
Thus saith the Lord the King of Israel, and his redeemer the Lord of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and beside me there is no God. (Isaiah 44:6)
We believe that there is only one way to God and that is through Jesus Christ.
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6)
We believe God created all things and is the author of all life.
....God the Lord, he that created the heavens, and stretched them out; he that spread forth the earth, and that which cometh out of it; he that giveth breath unto the people upon it, and spirit to them that walk therein...(Isaiah 42:5)
We believe in the value of all human life beginning from conception, as God made mankind in His own image.
So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. (Genesis 1:27)
We believe God created all things good, but the whole of mankind and creation became corrupt in nature when sin entered in through Adam and Eve's disobedience to God.

We believe the only remedy for restoring our corrupt condition is through salvation by repentance and faith in the finished redemptive work of Christ on the cross.
He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. (John 3:18)
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (Acts 4:12)
We believe in the spiritual presence of Jesus Christ in the blessed bread and wine at the communion table, and that believers are to partake of this meal, remembering His death until He returns.
Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you. (John 6:53)
For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord's death till he come. (i Corinthians 11:26)
We believe in the believer's baptism; full immersion in water and the infilling of The Holy Spirit.
Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. (Acts 2:38)
We believe the gifts of the Holy Spirit are still operating and are to be used faithfully to benefit others.
Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all.But the manifestation of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. (1 Corinthians 4-7)

We believe in the visible and physical return of the Lord Jesus when the last trumpet sounds, and the bodily resurrection of saints who will rule and reign with Christ during His millennium Kingdom reign on Earth.
For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17)

We believe all whose names are not written in the book of life will be resurrected and judged.
Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation. (John 5:28-29)

We believe true unity in Christ is by spirit and truth, and reject the false unity of ecumenism and interfaith.
Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. (John 14:6)
